2nd Meeting

We decided to go with my idea, but with some minor modifications. This was my original idea:

we would have a camera and a green screen where you could stand in front of the screen. Then the image would be sent to a computer and create a silhouette. That silhouette would then be shown on a wall by flipping tiles. It would be done in real time, so you would actually see the tiles flipping as you moved around the green screen. It is real tough to explain over the web, so send me any questions. 

Instead of using tiles, we will use a projector. Ideally it will be in one of the square rooms in the museum. Now, we are searching for software. Here is an example of what we want to do...
